Reviews

I’ve had quite a few readers ask me how they go about writing a review on Amazon. You’d think it would be obvious but it can be a bit tricky to find the right place to go so here’s how I do it:

Head on over to Amazon and sign in with your username and password.

Near the top, right hand corner, you’ll see ‘Hello (your name)’ – Your Account’.  Hover over that and a drop down menu will appear.  Now click ‘Your Orders‘.

Directly below Your Account > Your Orders, depending on your country you’ll either see a tab named ‘Digital Orders‘ on Amazon.com in which case, click that or else you’ll see a list of your orders already displayed if you’re in the UK or on other non-US sites.

Either way, you should now see a list of everything you’ve ordered.   To the right, there is a button alongside each purchased product that says “Write A Product Review”.  Find the book you want to review and click on that.

Now click on the number of stars you want to award and another box will appear where you can write your review. Just make sure it’s 20 words minimum.

Handy Hint:  If you don’t want everyone knowing your real name, you’ll see at the top of the”Review Your Purchases” page (where you click the stars), it says “Your Public Name is”and then a “Change” button.  Click “Change” then you can edit the name that will appear on your review to whatever you wish.

To go direct and review any book on Amazon.com, just click on the appropriate links below. Hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have questions or need additional information.

All the best,

Mackenzie
